luckykingph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and luckykingph ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the luckykingph website, mobile application, and any services offered through them.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed at the top of this page and supersede all prior versions.

Access to and use of the luckykingph platform is restricted to eligible individuals only. You are eligible to register and use the platform if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in the Philippines during use.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of luckykingph or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by luckykingph for violations of these Terms.

luckykingph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one active account on luckykingph. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other services.
• Enable OTP verification when prompted — this is a platform requirement for login and sensitive account actions.
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify luckykingph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

luckykingph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. However, if we identify suspicious activity on your account, we may temporarily suspend it and require additional verification before restoring access.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy policies as communicated separately. We will attempt to notify you via your registered contact details before any dormancy action is taken.

All deposits on luckykingph are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We support deposits through Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets including GCash and Maya. The specific payment methods available may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance after payment confirmation. Processing times depend on the payment method used.
• luckykingph does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Only supported local PHP payment channels are accepted.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

luckykingph reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and close an account if we have reason to believe the deposit was made fraudulently, through a third-party account, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) to your registered payment method. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have passed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may be restricted from withdrawing funds until identity verification is completed.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform cashier.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks for accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal or where unusual activity is detected.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal can be processed against the associated balance.

luckykingph offers slot games, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo. Each game category operates under its own set of specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting section. These specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General rules that apply across all game types:

• All slot games and random-outcome games use certified random number generators (RNG). Results are determined at the point a bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Game results are final. luckykingph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game result is final and binding.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — void all bets affected by the malfunction. No payout will be issued on a voided round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

Sports betting specific rules:

• Bets on sports events are accepted up to the event start time, unless live betting is available for that event.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the sport-specific rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds will be corrected, and bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the correct price.
• Sports coverage includes PBA basketball, NBA, international football, volleyball, boxing, esports, and other events as listed in the sports section.

luckykingph may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another player.
• luckykingph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided reasonable notice is given where possible.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the luckykingph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or another.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in games or odds for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access by a person under 21 years of age to your account.

luckykingph monitors accounts and gameplay for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and to take appropriate action including permanent account closure.

luckykingph is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within your means. It is not a method to generate income, and no outcome is ever guaranteed.

As a registered player, you have access to the following responsible gaming tools through your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.

The luckykingph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckykingph's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — including losses from gaming, technical issues, or account actions — is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckykingph is not liable for:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunctions that void a round, where the stake has been returned.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

luckykingph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
